民生银行研究院院长，教授，中国新供给经济学50人论坛副秘书长，华夏经济学基金会副秘书长，中国人民大学重阳研究院高级研究员，曾任国家开发银行研究院院长。主管改革战略、宏观分析、市场研究、业务创新等业务。曾被评为“中央国家机关优秀青年”，多次被评为“国家开发银行优秀行员”。2006-2009年期间，主持研究的有关成果获全行创新成果评选一等奖3项、二等奖2项、三等奖3项。
