Ramon是DCM常驻北京办公室的资深合伙人。他结合在风险投资、商业拓展和运营领域超过10年的经验，寻找新的投资机会并帮助被投资企业快速成长。Ramon 专注于电子商务、O2O、云服务和移动互联网等行业。他担任易到用车网和华易科技的董事，并在多个DCM的成功投资项目投资中扮演了重要角色，这些公司包括唯品会(NYSE:VIPS)、58同城(NYSE:WUBA)、上海绿新、麦包包和途牛旅游网(NASDAQ:TOUR)。Ramon近期也主导了对易到用车，Ucloud，华易科技（中华万年历），考拉生活社区，一号货车的投资。加入 DCM 之前，Ramon 曾就职于磐锐投资基金，负责成长期公司项目的寻找与执行。此前 Ramon 还曾担任 AIG/AIU 公司的区域业务分析师，负责公司在大中华地区的发展规划和并购项目。Ramon 的职业生涯起步于中国工商银行的电子银行部门。在工行，他积极参与了企业和消费者网上银行平台的产品和业务开发。Ramon毕业于西安交通大学，后来取得长江商学院的MBA学位，也是KauffmanFellowship的成员。
As a Gernal Partnerbased in Beijing office, Ramon brings a combination of over-10-year venture investment, businessdevelopment, and operational experience to his role in identifying newinvestment opportunities and helping grow portfolio companies. At DCM, Ramonfocuses on themes such as eCommerce, O2O, Cloud services, and Mobile Internet.His investments include Yongche.com and Etouch,Ucloud，Etouch,Koala andNo.1 Van. And he also plays a significantroles in a select portfolio companies such as Vipshop(NYSE:VIPS),58.com(NYSE:WUBA), Mbaobao,Shanghai Luxin and Tuniu(NASDAQ:TOUR),. Prior to joining DCM,Ramon was an Associate at Panthera Capital Group. At Panthera, he sourced andexecuted deals in growth-stage companies. Previously, Ramon worked as aRegional Business Analyst at AIG/AIU, where he worked on the Company’s Chinaexpansion plan and M&A efforts in the greater China Region. Ramon began hiscareer at the e-Banking department of the Industrial & Commercial Bank ofChina. At ICBC, he worked on product and business development for their onlinebanking platform, both for enterprise and consumers.Ramon graduated from Xi'an Jiao Tong University and then gotthe MBA degree from the Cheung Kong Business School, he is also the member ofKauffman Fellowship.
