李明顺，好贷网创始人兼总裁，资深互联网从业者和创业者，互联网金融千人会（IFC1000）的执委、发起人，拥有15年互联网经验，于2013年3月创立贷款第一搜索平台好贷网。李明顺在创办好贷网之前，曾创办聚淘网、财猫浏览器，担任康盛公司副总裁，中国最大的社区平台Discuz!的联合创始人，并带领公司于2010年以近5000万美元被腾讯全资收购。在2004年创办中国最早的广告交易平台，并担任公司总裁。是中国互联网协会的顾问和北京大学、上海交大等多所知名高校的创业导师。

In 2004, Mr. Li Mingshunestablished an Ad Exchange platform, which is the first one in China, andserved as the president.
