周志兴，资深媒体人，曾任中央文献研究室研究人员，并于1987年参与创办中央文献出版社，负责出版了大型画册《邓小平》，是《我的父亲邓小平》一书的责任编辑，1996年-2003年任职香港凤凰卫视多媒体总监及凤凰网总经理，创办了《凤凰周刊》等杂志。现任共识传媒集团总裁，从2002年至今一手创办了旗下的《领导者》、《财经文摘》杂志以及共识网（http://www.21ccom.net）等一系列具有深度影响力的媒体品牌，致力于在大变革时代寻找共识，为关注公共事务的精英群体搭建理性交往的平台。
Zhou Zhixing, senior media people, has everworked for the Central Party Literature Research Office and created the CentralLiterary Contributions Publishing Bureau in 1987. He wasone of the key creators of the landmark documentary Deng Xiaoping and served asexecutive editor of the book My Father Deng Xiaoping by Deng Rong, the youngestdaughter of Deng Xiaoping. 1996-2003 Zhou acted as multimedia director ofPhoenix TV and general manager of Phoenix Net, and established the PhoenixWeekly. Now he is the CEO of Consensus Media Group, has initiated a series ofinfluential media, including the magazine Leaders, the magazine FinancialDigest, the website Consensus Net（http://www.21ccom.net）and so on during the past ten years. Consensus MediaGroup concentrates on aggregating intelligence and knowledge to achieveconsensus in this age of great changes and setting up a platform for persons ofall circles to rationally deliberate and discuss state affairs.
