洪明基，男，45岁，MBA，中国（香港）。现任香港洪氏集团有限公司-董事会主席，合兴餐饮集团-总裁。洪明基先生作为洪氏家族新一代企业家，长期扎根国内，荣获“中国优秀企业家”、“最佳雇主”，“北京市华侨华人京华奖”等荣誉。此外，洪明基先生作为北京市政协委员，为北京的发展献策献礼，协助北京市政府做好招商引资工作。
Mr. Hung Ming Kei, Marvin,aged 44, is the Chief ExecutiveOfficer of the Hop Hing Group Holdings Limited. The eighty-year old company refines, distributesand sells edible oil around the world under primarily the brand names of Lion & Globe Brand and Camel Brand. In 2012 theCompany acquired the Yoshinoya and Dairy Queen restaurant business in NorthernChina.
Mr. Marvin Hung holds a Bachelor’s degree inScience majoring in Accounting from the University of Southern California inthe United States of America in 1992 and a Master’s degree in BusinessAdministration from China Europe International Business School.
He hasapproximately 20 years of experience in business management.
Mr. Marvin Hung currently holds various public positions, includingmember of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s PoliticalConsultative Conference, Executive Committee Member of China Federation of Overseas ChineseEntrepreneurs, Vice President of Beijing Association of Enterprises withForeign Investment, Vice President of Beijing Chinese Business Association, ExecutivePresident of Beijing Youth Chamber of Commerce, General Committee of The Chinese Manufacturers’Association of Hong Kong. He is also the Regional Membership Chair, YPO North Asia aswell as Chapter Membership Integration Officer of YPO Beijing. He has been awarded the honorof “Jing Hua Award” (京华奖) by the Beijing Government on 8 May 2014.
Mr. Marvin Hung is marriedto Vivian. His main interests includegolf, American football, skiing, traveling, music, opera andpainting.
